Our client is a high-middle and luxury fashion retailer offering globally recognized brands including Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Hermès, Loro Piana, Yves Saint Laurent, and other luxury labels. Despite a strong premium catalog, the website underperformed in organic search due to technical limitations and non-indexable commercial pages. We began collaboration under strict performance expectations, with a clear requirement to deliver measurable commercial traffic growth from the first month. The project launched during an extremely sensitive market period, requiring precise execution and efficient allocation of limited SEO resources. A legacy Laravel build restricted full technical implementation, so we focused on high-impact structural fixes and commercial content expansion. We identified critical indexing barriers, including non-SEO-friendly filter logic that prevented high-intent category pages from ranking. By rebuilding indexable entry points and optimizing commercial page structure, we unlocked substantial untapped search demand and rapidly began driving qualified, revenue-focused organic traffic.
